BIM 360 Docs Login Error

After adding a new user in a Project giving access to Document Management or any other. The user when activates- Signs-up from their respective ID. The user gets redirected to Demo (Trial Page) and some times it buffers there itself. This is the issue where i am facing while implementing BIM 360 to my clients initially, which make me feel embarrassing while i am in a conference. This issue is persisting every time.

This is highly critical

@mudassarpakhmore , might I ask how did you open the log-in page? From the invitation email or open the webpage directly? If the later, it is probably because that this user was not active to that project when he logged in.

First time initially through invitation link, the same problem persists (after signup either it buffers and mostly it takes to demo page, and then tried directly also ( as an alternative) same problem.

Another example is the owner who purchased the license (on whose name and email id license was) who was an account admin also and was activated also. To start with setting up the Docs was also finding the same problem, which was highly embarrassing situation in front of client and owner.

I have the same problem. Some specialists cannot reach the service itself.  The user gets redirected to Demo (Trial Page). I really need a solution.

The user needs to accept the invitation. 

If that is the case and it still persists then get them to clear their google chrome cache. 

 

This should resolve the issue.

Thank you s.odwyer. While checking - we found that the invitation letter did not reach the addressee. Checked the cache, spam, sent a second invitation. The problem remains.

Can you remove the user and re add them to the interface. Or even make them inactive and then active. 

Are they able to access other projects or is this their first time using it?

This was a fix for some of my customers.

Thank you s.odwyer. Tried removing from Project Members. Tried Enable/Disable from Account Admin - Member Directory. 

Am I right that it is not possible to completely remove a member from the Account Admin panel (even after removal from Project Members)?

Then tried resending - still no effect.

You can remove them. You need to go into each user individually and then click remove. 

 

I had a case recently where Autodesk had to re-enable on their end the users email address.

Hi All,

All the possibilities are tried removing, re-adding, enabling-disabling, cache clear etc. None of them works.

The ONLY Solution i got is the new user should firstly signup (i.e creating account initially).

Then add the new member into project, and he gets the invitation link where he gets directed to sign-in page and then to the project home.

But this is ridiculous. Please fix this kind of issues.
