BIM 360 Docs IFC Extraction Fails

I have an IFC file that I'm trying to upload to BIM 360 Docs. Eventually after the upload the extraction fails as seen in the publish log. I understand that there is an automatic timeout after 12 hours(?)

Does that mean my file is too large? It is 424 MB

I have previously successfully uploaded models which are larger than that.

Could someone kindly analyse my model and tell me what exactly the issue is? I can provide the IFC file in a private message.
