Hello,

We are participating in a project on BIM 360. The administrator, from another organization than us, invited me and users of my company on BIM 360 Docs. (We didn't have BIM 360 accounts, but AEC accounts). Users could view and add files to BIM 360 Docs.
He then activated BIM 360 Design and created a team for us. I saved a Revit file in this folder via Revit to work via the cloud. It works fine for me, but other people in my team see the file grayed out in Revit, so they can't open it.
To make BIM 360 Design work for everyone I had to create an organization in trial mode, then add the users and add them to a dummy project to make them active (then I deleted them). So it suddenly worked in the BIM 360 Design project.
Do you know the reasons for this? It's not intuitive at all?
