BIM 360 Data Retention Policy

Does BIM 360 have a data retention policy?  Where is that located?

I would like to know:

• How long my data is kept by BIM 360
• Whether I will have access to my data after my BIM 360 subscription expires
• Should I download my data to local server if I don't plan to renew my BIM 360 subscription?
