When I was using the API, PowerBI Template, PowerBI-ACC connector (beta), only one project data under one account can be extracted at one time. The one that gets extracted is the one that had “Run Extraction” most recently. 
Is there a way to get all data from all project under one account so that all projects can be presented in one report?

In order to be able to extract all projects for the entire account you will need to have Executive Overview access. Once that is done you can use the ACC Data connector to extract, or schedule an extraction, of the entire account. See link below for more information.

Many thanks, I have always assumed that being an Account Admin would automatically include the access level of an Executive.
