I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a critical issue we are currently facing with the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) viewer when hosting Federated Navisworks models.
While we are able to successfully create and initially navigate the federated model in ACC, we are encountering a recurring problem during client meetings. Specifically, upon reopening the ACC viewer after an initial session, a persistent black shade appears in the Federated Navisworks model. Despite our attempts to address this through ACC viewer appearance settings, the issue persists.
This is a matter of utmost importance for us, as our clients rely heavily on the ACC viewer to track the progress of the project. The black shading significantly hampers the effectiveness of our presentations during client meetings.
