Autodesk construction cloud 3D views not showing

I have several models from an autodesk construction cloud project that I've published, and that I can no longer see 3D views for them in the acc platform.  Not only do I not get the default 3D view, but I have selected a few 3D views for publishing, and they still don't show up.  Any thoughts on why?  I've attached a view showing the 2D/3D selection option is not available.

Have you given BIM 360 enough time to process them?

Yes, I waited several weeks now just to see if anything would change.  3D views still don't show up.

Yeah, I think several weeks is more than adequate.

Have you tried publishing again?

Yup, I have published several times since the 3D views disappeared.

Hi @lisa ,

Is it possible that the original 3D views in the model have been changed or removed, causing the published set to not have any 3D views to select?

It should select the 3D mode automatically, but it doesn't seem to be doing that either. If you have, you might want to make sure you're choosing the right 3D views.

A different choice would be to save a brand-new copy of the model and check whether the same thing occurs with that model.

.

What version of Revit. Please show a clip of the publlished set for the model shown. Ensure that 3d views are selected. Also ensure that a published set has been selected that has 3d views in it. You can select a publish set with no 3d views in it. As long as a published set exists with a 3d view. You can create and select one that has no 3d views selected then publish it. Have seen this. A user had selected a print set not a publish set. We now differentiate them in the list name. Hope this helps.

I thought that the default 3D view was supposed to publish no matter what, but I had added it and another 3D view to the set for publishing anyway just to see if it would make a difference.  Attached is a snip of the set that was selected to publish.  This project is in 2023.  I can't see why it wouldn't have worked before, but I did just try publishing again, and it this time, the 3D views showed up!

The default 3d view is added initially only when no publish list has been created/selected. If your list does not include a 3d list selection 3d views will not show up.

Was there a solution to this issue?

We had 3D views showing up within published model for the first 7 versions and then suddenly there were no 3D views for the last 4 times that we published the model. I have double checked the publish setting under the main model and we definitely have 4 no.s 3D views include within the set. And we are publishing the correct set as the naming is consistent within the ACC Any help would be appreciated!
