We currently use approval workflows in Autodesk Docs, many of which are company-based. However, we don’t have the ability to select specific individuals from a company to be part of the workflow. Having this feature would be highly beneficial to us.
In my view, implementing this could be straightforward. At present, when you select a company in an approval workflow, you can see the number of people linked to that company, and by default, everyone is unchecked. If the default were changed so that everyone is initially checked, you could simply uncheck the individuals you don’t want included in the approval flow.
I’m curious to know if others would consider this an improvement. What are your thoughts?
