Adding telephone numbers BIM360 DOCS

Hello,

We've been working with Bim360 DOCS for a while now and are pretty satisfied with the product so far.

Unfortunately i came across a small thing today.

When a member has been added, i'm unable to edit their profile and add a telephone number.

All i can change when editing their profile is the 'Default role, access level and default company'. The rest is greyed out.

Does that mean i would have to re-add every single person just to add the telephone number to their profiles?

only the individual members can add this as part of their Autodesk profile.

Well that's just nonsensical to me, as account administrator i should be able to change anything.

Thank you for the information though! I'll go ahead and send all the people an email that they're going to have to add their phone numbers themselfs.

I'm not understanding you there.

They are assigned to a company, but how would that help me add their telephone numbers to their profiles?
