Adding hyperlinks to model objects?

Hi,

is there any way to add a hyperlink to an external URL to a model object? I want to open a model (e.g. uploaded Revit model) in the BIM 360 viewer and add hyperlinks to specific objects (e.g. a door). This hyperlink should direct my to further documents of this object (e.g. the website of the manufacturer). 

If this is not possible in BIM360 directly, is there a way to add such a link to the object in Revit so that this link is availably after the upload to BIM360?

Yes this is possible, If the hyperlink is populated in the Revit family parameters then it will hyperlink when shown via the properties menu in BIM 360
