ACC - Docs / Project Settings

Normally, we can add new project types in BIM 360 by writing.

When looking at the ACC Docs, I that ı could not add new type values. For adding a new type, I should go to BIM 360 interface and add a new project and type. 

Is there another solution to the problem?

do you have full admin right to create new project? it seems the project's number and name are grey out.

I am an Account admin. When I open a new project, I could not add new custom type values for the project (like current: restaurant - Single House / Technic School etc.). In fact, If I work on the BIM 360 hub, I can add new custom type values by writing custom values on the button. But in ACC Hub, the process is not possible.

sorry i misunderstood. Seems the parameters are different depending if you are on the  previous admin panel than the new one. You're right, if you are in the unified projects it won't let you create a new project Type. but in the "old" one yes.

I was told that creation of your own project types is not available under ACC.   This makes no sense to me.

@Yien_Chao Yes I want to learn that the problem is the same between other users. Thank you for your feedback. @S-SUTTER I agree with you, the solution no sense to me, too.

what was the final resolution:

if pa is restricted from creating project types then then can the Account Admin create project types?

I tested this and was Not able to create one as AA

No ..... under the unified ACC projects they have restricted creation of new project types. So the final resolution ... there is none!

Same with no Project Image in ACC. Wish they'd at least match the basics...
