Workshared Models missing from Open Dialogue

Yesterday a user of our ran into an issue where her workshared models were not visible in the folder they were stored on ACC through the open dialogue.

Not visible

After some exhaustive back and forth and some head banging we determined that the name of the folder was the issue. After renaming it to something shorter (Just the project number) the models were visible. Is there an issue/limitation with character limits in the file pathing in BIM 360/ACC? The path seems far less than the windows 256 characters.

Visible after renaming

THANK YOU!

ACC does have a 255 byte limit for file pathing.  See link below for other restrictions for the ACC platform.

Thanks. I suspected that might be the issue but wasn't sure. After renaming the folder to something shorter, that really does confirm it was over the character limit somehow.
