what is the file limitation for Navisworks .NWD file in BIM 360 doc.

I try to upload .nwd file of 2.7 GB and it displays as crashed. I would like to know the limitations and why it appears as a crash.

There are no file size limitations however it will be cancelled after 24 hours of processing. I would delete the file and try again to see if it maybe was a processing problem.
