Using Postman to create a scene in BIM 360: error

I am using Postman to create a scene in BIM 360.  Using my client ID and Secret and a valid access token it is saying that my token is invalid.

I believe the URN I am using is the correct one.  Taking the versions ID and encoding it with the Base64 format.

Should I be using the "object" type instead?

I have created the app in Forge and approved it in BIM 360 with the BIM 360 API integration. 

Am I missing something?
