Unable to launch BIM360 Field app on iPad

Downloaded BIM 360 App from the App Store.

Entered login details, and error message was displayed.

Deleted app and re-downloaded it, but same error message was displayed.

Please advise

Hi @Anonymous ,

Which BIM 360 Field are you trying to access? BIM 360 Classic Field or our next generation Field Management. If you are trying to access BIM 360 Field then you need to download the BIM 360 Field app and if you are trying to access Field Management you need the BIM 360 app.

Check which Field your project is active in and then try again and ensure it is the correct app.

Same issue for me. I removed/re-installed app just to be able to get the login screen and enter my credentials again - otherwise it goes straight to Can't Sign In error.

I am trying to use/evaluate BIM 360 Field. I am trying to sign in with my Autodesk account.

Please advise.
