Unable to add or modify members to design collaboration teams

I've set up teams in design collaboration and have added members to those teams in previous days, however today I'm getting an error message that states "Cannot read property 'token' of undefined.  This is also the same message I get when I try to revise any of the permissions to team members I've already been able to add.  What is this error?  Is it something on our end?

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting to the BIM 360 Forum.  I understand you are having trouble adding a particular user to a Team within your project.

Are you still running into the issue with this user?  If so, please let us know and we can work on gathering additional details to help get this resolved.  You were also having trouble editing any existing users' permissions.  Is this still occurring, and does it affect any project or a specific project?

We'll continue to assist once we get additional information.  We look forward to your reply!

Best regards,

I am having the same issue as well. What is a "property token" and how do I define it? (Rhetorical snarky question - disregard).

Postscript... I've tried this in several existing projects where there were no problems before. Same result. I can only assume that something is pooched on Autodesk's side. It ain't me.

Ah well.. whatever made me think I should try to get something accomplished on a Saturday anyway.

I'll just contemplate my navel for awhile and maybe it will get fixed soon?

We are facing the same issue since two days, can anybody from Autodesk give us an answer. we are delaying our work and that effect our WIP work. I hope this issue will be solved soon !

I am experiencing the same thing.

I go to Project Admin -> Services -> Design Collaboration and click on the number in the Members column for my team. In the "Manage members of myProject" dialog box that opens I cannot edit any existing permissions or add a new company, role, or individual and get the error "Cannot read property 'token' of undefined" when I attempt to do so.

Sounds like a Autodesk world wide error if so many people are having the same issue.

We appologize for all your inconveniance. Token is usually related to authentication and my first assumption would be that this was not automatically renewed as it should be in the course of using the application. The easiest solution would be to logout and login from Design Collaboration application.

What confuses me is the fact that this only happens in the Project Administration page. When I get this message, I see it only at the beginning when opening the application.

Please let me know whether logout and login has solved your issue. If not, we have to dig deeper.

Here an Update:

We have identified a problem realted to authentication and authorization of project adminstrators and are working on a fix to address this issue. Currently team members cannot be managed using Design Collaboration.

We appologize again for all your inconvenience.

Thanks for your understanding

Final update:

An update of the backend service with a fixed version has been deployed and you should now be able to maintain BIM360 Docs members within Design Collaboration.

Many thanks to you all for reporting this issue. As mention before, we have identified a problem in the backend service of Design Collaboration which prevented us to get an authentication and authorization token allowing us to maintain BIM360 Docs team members within Design Collaboration. No data was at risk at any time!
I again would like to apologize for all your inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
