Unable to access BIM 360

Hello,
We have been starting using BIM 360, and some of the users we have added lately can not access BIM 360 trough Revit 2020 (our files are in Revit 2020 too). They can access through the website, and see the files, but not through the program.
In the same computer, one user account can access BIM360, but if we switch to another user account the access disappear (even if the second user have access through the website)
We have been through all the troubleshooting solutions of this link, and none of the possible solutions seems to apply to our case
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles...
I hope someone could help me with this.

Hi, @ruizlolo.daniel

For the user who has trouble seeing the BIM 360 projects in Revit, check the following:

  • make sure they are using the same email address to log into Revit and in BIM 360.
  • make sure they are a member of a Team in Design Collaboration.
  • make sure they have permissions to the projects folders in Document Management.

If you've checked all those boxes and it still doesn't work, try to have the account manager go to the Autodesk Account and reassign that user their seat to BIM 360 Design and make sure they have Revit Cloud Worksharing active.

I hope this helps!

Hi!

Thank you very much for your reply

Yes I have checked all those boxes and the problem is still not solving, the user can see the files on the website (so it has access) but not in Revit.

I think the last part could be the key, I will try to see if my account manager knows how to do it. There is somewhere I can find information about it?

You can see the solution described in the article below. Your Account Manager should be able to reassign you the BIM 360 Design seat. I hope this helps. 🙂
