Synch ipad for first time on project

I hope you might be able to help.

I am synching my ipad for the first time but it's taking a very long time, over 24 hours is this to be expected.

Any help be much appreciated

You have not mentioned which app are you having issues with. Is it BIM 360 or PlanGrid Build or other?
