Slow project startup process

I'm seeing a dramatic increase in the amount of time it takes for the server to copy over settings from our template project to a new project. This has over tripled the time requirement to spin up a new BIM 360 Design project for a user at my firm. Anyone else seeing this?

The server shows that Docs and Design are "avaialble" in the project Admin module during set up, but when I go to add my users this animation appears and just spins.

Not exactly the same thing BUT close....I'm the admin at our company. Created a new project. Went to the "Documents" service to upload files BUT I get the spinning gear that you showed in your original post with the verbiage "Verifying your Permissions, this may take a minute or two". I'ts been 6 1/2 hours. I've logged out and back in, restarted the computer, etc. - new to the software but have successfully created 3 other projects with uploads.

Health dashboard reports everything is operating as expected, but i currently have at least one project that's "hung up". I can't be the only person experiencing these issues- so shouldn't Autodesk be communicating when something is going on that might impact our productivity?

What is really odd is that I created another project and had absolutely zero issues....

I would simply "Re-create" the project that is hanging but our company has a very specific naming convention and I would have to deviate from that convention as BIM 360 will not allow me to delete projects.

Going on 7 hours of "Verifying my Permissions" while the very expensive workers in the field (out of town project) are getting info through good ol' reliable Dropbox.....

Frustrated.

@DWarren_CPL,

I apologize for the late response. This was related to an incident that occurred and shown on our health dashboard on the 8th. It was solved in the evening of October 8th and you should no longer be seeing any negative impact from this.

I am sorry you ran into this and the unfortunate ripple effect it had on your workflow and efficiency. It always never ceases to amaze me how these things always seem to happen in the most inopportune times.
