Revit link won't load for all users

MEP company has been working with an architectural model linked from BIM 360 with no problems. Several weeks ago, one user was not able to load the linked model, and received the error that the linked model was not found, even though it was not moved. Other users in the company do not have this problem. Once the other users synchronize, this user tries to synch, and after a long time, the reload latest fails. If they try it again, it works. Errors posted below. Any thoughts?3.png2 cr.pngInked1_LI.jpg

What happens if this user tries Reload From under Manage Links and they browse to and select the problem file?  Does it give any sort of error message?

From Experience, One of the linked files are corrupt. Try and open up the linked files individually and do an audit.
