Revit file uploads - Processing failed

I've been trying to upload Revit Project file ( Revit 2013 file) but it failed to Process. Please advice. Image attached.

Thanks for reaching out. 

I'd like to ask you to contact product support, and log a support case under Using my Product.  All required information to investigate your issue will be collected through that approach. This will be more efficient compared to using this public forum. 

If you haven't done so, please re-try an upload to make sure the issue wasn't caused by a temporary effect on the connection or the backend systems.
