Project Template is Missing (new project setup)

I have setup a BIM 360 template with the folder structure I want.  However, whenever I make a new project and I go to "Services" and "Design Collaboration" or "Document Management" I cannot find the template.

I have confirmed that the template is using the same language and I even put them in the same time zone, but it does not show on the list.

I have tested the workflow and its works on my end.

One of the steps it mentions in the above link is that when you created the template project, try choosing the project type as Demonstration project.
