No Viable Teams

Have a team member that has Design Collaboration permissions in BIM 360 Design. When he goes to Design Collaboration for one project, he is able to see the shared packages. But when he goes to another project, he gets the message "No viable teams available". Both projects are set up the same way and he can collaborate from Revit into both projects.  Other team members are able to view and consume shared packages in all projects. Is there some setting I should check?

@Anonymous Can you make sure that he has the required permissions to see the team folder?

Is he member of a team when you check the Project Administrator for Design Collaboration.

You can in addition also check whether he has permission to see the team folders in "Shared" using BIM360 Document Management.

Maybe you can try to remove him from a team and add him again to make sure the permissions are applied coorectly.

Thanks

Martyn
