No access to BIM360 Document Management

Hello everyone,
Since yesterday, I no longer have access to Document Management in BIM 360. I'm getting a message saying that either the project is not active or I don’t have permission to access it. However, this cannot be the case – I am the project admin, and I did not deactivate the project (I checked). At the moment, I can only access the Insight module, everything else is unavailable. Has something been shut down? Are my project files lost?
I did not receive any notice about a deactivation. Could this just be an internal Autodesk issue?
Has anyone else experienced this or can someone from the community help?
