Move the Team folder

Dear All,

I have created the all team folder (path - Revit working files) under one main folder,

later realized that this must be in a separate folder so that I can control the premissions as required.

Can I change the all team folder to a new folder?

Is there any best practise guide for BIM 360 Design?

Regards

@Anonymous I'm sorry, unfortunately there is no way to change folder assignments of teams or move folders to a different location.

I'm not aware of any best practice regarding this organization of teams. Permissions for a used can be added to a folders and not be withdrawn from a subfolder. I wouldn't expect that a special structure is required, except of course the user has more rights on the parent folder. With that I would remove all rights to the user in the parent folder and grant him access to all required subfolders, but maybe this is not applicable to your setup?

Hi,

Within BIM360 a shared 'M3_Model' folder is automatically created when models are published via the swimlanes on design collaboration. Is it possible to move this folder under a parent folder without effecting the automatically updated models that will appear here each time a package is shared?

In the below scree grab i want to more the 'M3_Models' folder under the 'Architecture' folder as a sub-folder here:
