Model Coordination - Failed to fetch Issues Template

Hi, I've been using the BIM360 Model Coordination service on the cloud and it has been working fairly well during the design phase. This morning I've been going through and flagging clashes as issues to discuss with the team as I have been doing for weeks when halfway through I could no longer create new issues. In the first image I have attached, the issue button is now greyed out. I did try reloading the page and closing/reopening my browser and when I reloaded my view in MC I get the error message in the second image.

I've never run into this before and did not make any changes to the way I create issues or the issues templates. None of the error screens give an indication of what is wrong or where to go to find out more information.

The issue eventually resolved itself in one of those mysterious ways that never gets explained. Which means I have no clue why it happened or how it resolved only that the next day I tried again and it worked. Wish I could give better insight but since then Model Coordination has been working well for me on multiple projects.

Hi Andrea, I've noticed this happening sporadically. I've found it happens more often if you place the pin too quickly before the issue form form fully loads.
