missing Titleblocks feature

I'm doing a Demo on BIM 360 Docs and reading the documentation there seems to be a titleblocks feature that allows docs to "read" areas of an uploaded PDF based on user input for the areas. This exports the information to the Custom Attribute columns.

I can add custom attributes and see them as columns. but I cannot see the Titleblocks feature, which according to documentation seems like it should be accessible from the ... for the folders.

I have admin account permissions, so i don't see why the feature should be missing. I have tried in multiple projects and folder and permission levels, with no luck.

Does anyone know what I'm possibly missing? Is the feature not live yet?

Titleblocks controls are accessed by the dots on each folder in plans
