How to Change RFI's from #Unspecified to Sequential Numbers
Hi,
As soon as an RFI is opened, you can set the ID ("RFI number") as part of the transition of the RFI to 'Open' state.
You can set any number (or text) you want in the field.
When the next RFI is opened, it will automatically suggest the next number after the number you set previously. You can again, change it to whatever you want, restarting the number counter as explained above.
