Is there a way for a project admin to set up a generic approval workflow that allows for the INITIATOR of the review to select who the reviewers need to be, and also the time allowed for each reviewer? Currently we can create a workflow that allows any member within the company to initiate a review. But if the non admin initiator selects company "example company" as a reviewer, it adds every single person within the company to that review as a reviewer. It gives the choice to only send email notifications to certain people, but everyone within the company is still added to the review process as a reviewer.
I work with a large group, so we need a way for the INITIATOR (not the project admin) of the review to select only "Bob, Jim, and Joe" within example company as the reviewers for that specific review, and select the time allowed for each reviewer. Is there a way to do this?
Next time the initiator might need "karen, doug, and will" to review, who are also company members, but we want to have ONE approval workflow that allows any initiator to choose who needs to review before starting each deliverable review. Currently it seems like the project admin needs to create a separate workflow for every possible combination of reviewers, which is not feasible with a large company.
