This link says that those with "folder control" can "add members" and "add permissions".
So my understanding of that is "folder controllers" can "add members", that are pre-existing in the project, to the folder that they have control of.
They CANNOT add members to the project team.
"Folder controllers" can "add FOLDER permissions" or take away FOLDER permissions from those that have been added to that folder that they have control of.
They CANNOT add/update "project member permissions".
Do I have that correct?
