Error connecting to authentication provider. Please retry after a while. Help

I keep getting this error when trying to login to my A360 account and BIM 360. I do not know what to do I have a project that was shared to me through BIM 360 Design. I'm unable login into accounts what can I do fix this ASAP.

hi @juniorhernandez_IEI ,

 

Sorry you are experiencing this! Typically there is two things that could be in play here.

  1. Email address with your Autodesk account was changed. Have you changed your email associated with the account recently? I did notice a 550 bounce for your address in our system so I, cleared it. Try logging in and see if it works. If it does not, try step 2. 
  2. Cache needs cleared for your internet browser. Please clear your browsing cache and then attempt to log in again.

Can you successfully log into https://accounts.autodesk.com with your Autodesk ID?
