Hi,

I am attempting to learn BIM360 but some, not all, of the training links return an error message.  I am logged in to the skilljar URL.    I attached a screen shot and the error message is as follows:  "This video file cannot be played.  (Error code: 232011)"

Here is the link:  https://learnbim360.autodesk.com/document-management/120971

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for your post! I see you originally asked this question in February. Are you still having access issues to those videos? I just tested on my end and as long as I was logged in to my Autodesk Account and registered for the course, I had no issues playing the videos.

If you are still having issues, try clearing the cache/cookies on your internet browser and then giving it another shot!

If this answers your question, please click the "Accept Solution" button so others may benefit from your post. If not, I'm here and happy to answer any questions. Thanks!

I cleared my Cache and retried.

The following video links DO work:

https://learnbim360.autodesk.com/document-management/120969

https://learnbim360.autodesk.com/document-management/120972

https://learnbim360.autodesk.com/document-management/390938

The following video links do NOT work:

https://learnbim360.autodesk.com/document-management/120970

https://learnbim360.autodesk.com/document-management/120971

I hope this detailed feedback is helpful to figure out why some videos do not work for me.

Take care,

Tim

Hi @Anonymous ,

Thank you for letting me know! I have a few more troubleshooting ideas:

  • Make sure that any ad/pop-up blockers are disabled for the site.
  • Which internet browser are you using? Have you tried using a different browser?
  • If using a VPN, try turning it off and then accessing the videos.

Please let me know if any of the above steps help and we can take it from there. Thanks!

I am using Chrome for my browser.  My IT group performed a lot of work on my laptop yesterday so I have no idea why all the video links are now working.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Hmm, not sure what the real fix could have been. But however it was resolved, I'm glad to hear the videos are working for you!

If you have any issues with them in the future, feel free to respond in this thread again. Otherwise, have a great rest of your week :).

This is a query posted online by a concerned user who was not able to play certain videos on the system. Well, apart from Chrome, the videos not playing issue can also be encountered on Android phones or other browsers as well. Since there could be all kinds of reasons for this, we need to first diagnose the problem and later resolve it. If you are also then read this extensive guide and fix this recurring problem on your device.Myhr employee login
