Drawing Log on iPad does not match the website

I have uploaded drawings on BIM 360 Docs. In the website, the drawings are sorted correctly by drawing number. On my iPad, they are not sorting correctly. Please see attached photos for reference. A solution would be greatly appreciated.iPadiPadWebsiteWebsiteiPadiPad

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the BIM 360 mobile app not sorting your drawing log correctly (as shows in the web interface). Do you have other drawing logs or folders that are behaving the same?

Hello @Anonymous,

 

I appreciate the prompt response and feedback. I tested this issue on my own internal project using the sample included in Revit. The extracted sheets and views were consistent with each other (web browser and mobile app).

 

Would it possible for you to PM me a list of the names shown for all items in one of the affected drawing sets so I could try to reproduce the issue in my project as well? Also, would you please confirm the version of the BIM 360 app you are using? The app should be up to version 2.5.0.

The issue has not been fixed still. I would like to discuss via phone in order to walk through the issue being had if possible.
