Can't find The Application tab to integrate with other tools

I'm trying to find the Application tab in BIM 360 to integrate it with the EC3 tool, but I can't manage to find it anywhere. any idea on how to find it.

The App tab is part of the Account Admin so you will only see this if you have account admin access. It is there inside BIM 360.

@gareth.spencer1  thank you, I have sent BIM360 support team email to activate it, hope they do it soon as I'm working on research project.
