BIM360 - Export of Review table in .csv

Hi all,

We have couple of issues in document review workflows

1. How do we to export all reviews created in the project in .csv file like the way we can export for issues. Can you pls enable the same?
2. Once the work flow is completed and closed in the final stage, a notification has to go to all the team members part of the work flow as information. Need your help to enable same or provide some option to send notification @ final stage of review.

2. Which kinds of reviews need to export? For example, all reviews, all opened reviews, all reviews passed the due date, all reviews including rejected documents?
3. Which information need to export? For example, statistics data on project level (review number, completed review number), or detailed information in each review (comments, markups, review status)?

For notification enhancement, we will evaluate the implementation effort.

Good morning!!

Here appended my responses in Red.

For the export feature, could you please clarify the following questions?

1. Which kind of users will export all reviews? Project administrator or non-admin users? I See Project admins using it mainly, However available to across the users will help since if the reviews goes to hundreds it will be easy to filter or provide appropriate filters in the screen. Reports does not cover reviews as of now, that is also needed 
2. Which kinds of reviews need to export? For example, all reviews, all opened reviews, all reviews passed the due date, all reviews including rejected documents?. User will decided based on the need. All reviews should be available by default and export option should work on any filter (open, closed, void, by work flow name)
3. Which information need to export? For example, statistics data on project level (review number, completed review number), or detailed information in each review (comments, markups, review status)? Every detail captured in BIM 360 data base should be allowed and we should also have an option to create custom attributes in work flows . Auto numbering sequence for each work flow is required to check how many times same wok flow is used and gives proper reference no.

For notification enhancement, we will evaluate the implementation effort.

I would appreciate an update on this also? My admin. team wanted to export all their 'Reviews' to a CSV file, and couldn't. A Google search lead me here. ADSK shouldn't have this marked as "Solved"; it's not.

@Jason_Kai_Jiang  - what is the update from the development team, since it was referred to them in March 2019? Can you confirm that is being addressed and hasn't been forgotten? Thank you.

So far Docs can only export one Review instance's details into a spreadsheet file.

About export all reviews into csv, please click on the “BIM 360 IdeaStation” link on the BIM 360 community home page.  This will help the Project Manager and developers hear your voice on any changes/concerns with functionality directly for consideration in future builds.

This request is essential and no electronic review in the world doesn't has exporting full list, actually, this feature  takes more than too much time to release.

Autodesk BIM 360 has a general problem with managing data, no data filter and export on all columns in most of the BIM 360 modules, which will affect on using of the product directly and gradually push the customers to go to other alternatives.

I would like all the data to be accessible and not require the use of complicated integrations to get to it. The basic search function needs to be improved as well. It doesn't seem to pick up on any attributes and doesn't seem to look at files in the entire environment. Right now it looks like it only searches the filename and only in the current folder and subfolders. I expect a more robust search feature, think Google, in a web app.
