This comes up a lot because BIM 360 and Autodesk Docs aren’t actually the same environment even though they sit under the same umbrella. Projects created in BIM 360 stay in that hub, and projects created in the newer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) sit in the Docs/ACC hub. They don’t automatically sync or show up across both.
If you need all your projects visible in one place, the project admin has to create or migrate them into the ACC hub. Unfortunately, there isn’t a “sync all” button — Autodesk treats them as separate platforms.
What we’ve done at Eracore(eracore.com) when clients want consistency is set up new projects in ACC moving forward, and keep BIM 360 projects archived or accessible separately. If you need older BIM 360 projects inside ACC, you’ll have to request a migration through Autodesk support.
