BIM 360 Docs - Server Error

Since yesterday, we are getting Server Errors when trying to access BIM 360 Docs through the Web Interface. It is intermitent but frequent since yesterday.  Does anyone from Autodesk know why this is happening?  Being the person in our office that is trying to get the others in the office to adopt the use of Docs, if this server error starts becoming a regular thing, I am going to be bombarded with people who are only starting to use it complaining that they can not access it.  It would not be a good start for people being told that they will always have access to their drawings, and then them having server errors frequently througout their day.

 

Please someone shed some light on this.

The servers appear to currently be down. 


If you ever need to know you can go here. https://health.autodesk.com/  I also recommend subscribing to the feed so that if they go down you can preempt any calls with any email to the team.

We indeed experienced a degradation of the Docs service this morning for a few minutes. We've resolved it and are doing the root cause analysis to prevent it from happening again.

We're still getting a message to say the servers are down. Do you know if this will be fixed today? we have a big document issue to a client due today.

Thank you for participating in our Community!!! BIM 360 Docs is currently experiencing a service failure.  Our teams are aggressively working on this issue and will give you an update via Forum as service is restored.

 

Also, you can get an update from Autodesk Health Dashboard as well.
