Since yesterday, we are getting Server Errors when trying to access BIM 360 Docs through the Web Interface. It is intermitent but frequent since yesterday. Does anyone from Autodesk know why this is happening? Being the person in our office that is trying to get the others in the office to adopt the use of Docs, if this server error starts becoming a regular thing, I am going to be bombarded with people who are only starting to use it complaining that they can not access it. It would not be a good start for people being told that they will always have access to their drawings, and then them having server errors frequently througout their day.
Please someone shed some light on this.
