BIM 360 Docs projects access from BIM 360 Design

So at one time... I understood that 360 Glue, Docs, etc were essentially 'silos' in that... you could not work a particular project from one 'silo' across to another 'silo' - at least very easily. I do understand that BIM 330 Design has Document Management built into it... essentially BIM 360 is built on BIM 360 Docs. So this may be the answer to my question.

So my questions is, ...if you have had of Subscription of  'BIM 360 Docs' and then you later acquire BIM 360 Design Subscription (next gen Collaboration for Revit as I understand it)... can you access' or gain visibility into your projects that you had defined within your Subscription of 'BIM 360 Docs'?  Or in other words, is your subscription of BIM 360 Docs of any value to speak of?

Input and thoughts?

Hello!
Projects that you have access to are associated with your Autodesk account. You will not lose any files from the hub by changing your subscription type.

BIM 360 Subscriptions give you different level of access to your project files: BIM360 Docs allows using Document management module, BIM360 Design - the same+access for work with cloud models from Revit and Design Collaboration module.

BIM360 Docs is the foundation to next gen BIM360.

So as ValentinaZusik said in her response you will lose no data.

If you had 1 seat of docs and 1 seat of design you end up with 2 docs and 1 design on your account.

You are just enhancing the BIM360 platform by adding the Design module.

Also to note that with the design module you can be invited to use it on other BIM360 accounts. Its the only "Bring your own license" on the BIM360 portfolio.

I have a related question.  If we have bought Bim 360 Design licenses do we need to purchase BIM360 Document licenses also?
