BIM 360 Docs Android App - display problem

buenos días,
este es el problema
(trabajamos con la versión de app móbil android BIM 360 2.7.0) sin dificultaddes en la mayoría de nuestros aparatos excepto en un HUAWEY P8-Lite (3GB de RAM).
Carga sin dificultades el dibujo y sus XRefs pero tras movimiento de encuadre o zoom hace desaparecer todo el dibujo, dejando sólo las localizaciones de las incidencias y marcas de revisión.
Lo podéis ver en la foto de la pantalla, tras el error
(¿cuál es el problema de dar permiso de captura de pantalla a nuestros android?

This is the problem:
(we work with the version of Android mobile app BIM 360 2.7.0) without difficulty in most of our devices except in a HUAWEY P8-Lite (3GB of RAM).
Load without difficulties the DWGs, and its XRefs, but after movement of framing or zooming it disappears all the drawing, letting see  only the locations of the incidences and revision marks.
You can see it in the photo on the screen, after the error

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? 

Is this happening just on one particular DWG or for all the drawing is the project?

About the error message displayed when trying to take a screen-shot from the app, it is a security requirement for SOC2 certificate.

claro que se intentó desinstalar y reinstalar, sin éxito.
Efectivamente ocurre con cualquier archivo dwg
y sólo lo hemos observado, por ahora, en ese modelo de dispositivo android

Of course we tried to uninstall and reinstall, without success.
Effectively it happens with any dwg file
and we have only observed it, for now, in that model of android device (HUAWEI P8)

tengo dos perfiles de trabajo y el navegador usurpa mi propia identidad, en cuanto me despisto (un problema también siguiendo los correos de notificación de incidencias)

Disculpe mi respuesta tardía. 

No pude encontrar ningún problema conocido relacionado con el dispositivo Huawei P8 Lite, por lo que tendré que intentar encontrar uno y realizar una prueba de mi lado.

Mientras tanto, ¿podría verificar los requisitos mínimos en esta página aquí y confirmar que su dispositivo los cumple? Estoy pensando especialmente en la versión de Android y el soporte de WebGL.

Además, tenga en cuenta que hemos lanzado la versión 2.8.0. Intente instalarlo y avisarme si el problema sigue siendo el mismo.

Sorry for my late answer. 

I could not find any known issues concerning the Huawei P8 Lite device, so I will need to try to find one and test on my side.

In the meanwhile, could you please check the minimum requirements on this page here and confirm that your device meets them? I am thinking especially at the Android version and WebGL support.

Also, please note that we've released the 2.8.0 version. Please try to install it an let me know if the issue is still the same.

te puedo confirmar que ya trabajamos sobre la versión 2.8.0 de BIM360
la versión de Android es 8.0.

como creo que ya dije, el archivo se visualiza en el encuadre de inicio,
es cuando se intenta mover o zoom, que desaparece

the Android version is 8.0.

As I think I already said, the file is displayed in the start frame,
