I have one user who is having trouble with Autodesk Desktop Connector.
Using Windows 10, user opens File Explorer
Opens Autodesk Docs
Navigates to project folder
When trying to open a DWG file AutoCAD does not launch and error shows “An Unexpected Error Occured”
I am getting many Event Logs Errors for CXTray
