An unnamed file contains an incorrect path - For only 1 user

We have our models hosted on BIM 360, One user is getting this error when trying to synchronize from their local file. We have multiple other users who can all operate perfectly fine, so I assume it's not the usual file path length issue?

Anyone have any ideas!

@Anonymous,

I recommend still checking the file path, sometimes it may vary from one computer to another. If that does not fix the problem, Can you share some screenshot and additional details including permissions in BIM360, file type product versions, etc. That should help us dig through to figure out the problem.

Thank you

@Anonymous you might also want to check the CAD links coming from a local/network drive that this user may not have access to.

If that also does not work, please compare the folder permission of this user with the users who are not getting the errors. Maybe there is a file that is looking into a BIM 360 folder that this user does not have permission to.
