Hi all,

We have purchoused a set of 10 Licences for BIM 360 (ACC).

I want to enroll a new member to the project (Client).

The Client has no Autodesk AEC Collection thus we want to give one of our licence to the client.

I want to use Client mail (E.g. Client@Firm,xx) in order to use the capability of Subscription into a folder to be notified by mail.

How can I?

I'm going to assume you purchased a 10-pack of ABC Pro licenses (BIM 360 Design). You have some options. Since you are working on the ACC platform/Autodesk Docs you will either need to assign this person one of those ABC Pro licenses in order for them to access the ACC platform or one of the options below.

- Purchase a standalone Autodesk Docs license

- Purchase an AECC license

- Purchase an ABC license

As you stated above they does not have an AECC license so they don't have access to Autodesk Docs by default. One of the main differences between ACC and BIM 360 Classic is the licensing. On ACC all users bring their own license. On BIM 360 Classic, Docs access was granted by whomever was hosting the project.

Steps below to give this person access to this project:

- Add client to your Autodesk account using the Account Portal

- Assign them a ABC Pro license or purchase one of the license types listed above and assign one of those

- Add them to this project

- Grant them permissions to appropriate folders
