ACC/BIM360 access question

Hi everyone,

We have a client that wants us to work on their ACC project and have shared with us ACC licenses and company email addresses to use. We will however be using our own Revit licenses. We are having problems gaining access and from what I have been advised is that the email of the ACC need to match the email account of the Revit, is this correct?

As we work in outsourcing it is important that we remain invisible and leave no digital footprint as our company, I thought it was possible to work this way. Can someone please advise?

Many Thanks.

You should probably not use the cloud at all.

In a previous company we setup for our outsourcing team a few remote machines they logged into. This provided them with all the correct credentials. It was a little cumbersome but it worked.
