Problems with Revit Add In

I have Revit 2017.

I downloaded the Add In from BIM 360 Ops website to Revit, and I installed it. But when I open my model on Revit and click on Add Ins, there is no BIM 360 Ops Add In, and I need to export my model.

Can someone help me please?

Hi,

The first thing to try is to make sure Revit is closed, uninstall the Add-in and reinstall the Add-in. Then open Revit.

If that doesn't work, it may be fastest if you call the technical support team. Here is a link to the phone numbers: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/bim-360-ops/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-...

Kind regards,

Katie

Hi Luis,

What version of Windows are you running? Do you have permissions to write to Autodesk > Revit > Addins > 2017?

Regards,

Katie

Hi Katie.

I am running on Windows 10.

On a failed try to solve the problem, I installed Revit 2018.

I can not find the file 2018 in Addins file. I am sending images of what I can see on each files.

Thanks.

Regards.

I send you an email via support case that was generated from this post. This could be caused by the dll path in Assembly property not matching with the installation path. Please, review this article for resolving this issue. Let me know if you need additional assistance.

Thank you and have a great day!

Hi Anil,
