Hi!
Currently, I am doing my degree work related to FM and BIM. I want to use this platform, it has many interesting tools; however, I cannot see the 3D model of the elements of the installation I am working with.
It tells me there was a model sync error. I've made several attempts already, with simpler buildings, using another internet connection, etc ... but it doesn't work, I feel like I'm wasting my time.
Is there any solution? Thanks in advance.

Hi Paula,
Thanks for reaching out! We have just released a fix for this issue - you should now be able to view your 3D models as expected.
Best,
Buzz
Hi mimar48,
Are you seeing the same message - model sync error? If so please double check you are using the most recent add-in version (or simply uninstall the add-in and redownload / install from Ops).
If you continue to see the model sync error, please also double check that your rooms are associated to a level within the model. Let me know if this resolves the issue for you - we are investigating on our end as well.
Best,
Buzz
Hi again,
My unseen 3D model problem is continuing. By overseeing the possiblity of my model has malfunction, I have uploaded a new and simple model (just one room and 3-4 assets) nevertheless the 3d model section indicates "None", you may see below. This is my 2nd problem.
My 1st problem is a receiving a "Model synchronization error". After uploading my main model, it is trying to show 3D model then synch error appears.
By the way, I am participated by education license. I have not bought it, just studying my MSc thesis. Is it able to be a purpose of my case?
Hi,
Sorry to hear you are continuing to experience this issue. This feature is not limited to paid portfolios - the education license you are using should not impact functionality.
Could you confirm which version of Revit you are using? Please also check if you are using the latest version of our Revit add-in. If you are unsure, it may be easiest to uninstall the current add-in, then re-download and install from the portfolio settings page in Ops.
I am unable to reproduce the issue with my own models - if you are able to share the model you are using, that may help us identify the issue.
Best,
Buzz
