Can't install the Revit add-in

I'm having an issue with installing the Revit add-in.

Thank you for your posting. Have you tried to download the installer again? Also have you logged in as Admin?

That link you provided to the MSDN worked.

I had a lot of trouble understanding exactly what it was referring to towards the end of the steps, but after much persistence I finally worked it out.

HI @anastasiyabert67 ,

 

To resolve this BIM 360 Ops add-in installation issue, do the following::

  1.     Create a new Windows local administrator account.
  2.    Create a local user or administrator account in Windows.
  3.   Install Autodesk BIM 360 Ops Add-in for Revit from the new admin account.

From experience, this happens because the Add-in is being installed as an admin user and the user profile is not an admin; this creates an installer folder that is Read-only user profile, with no install access.
