Assets don't appear in 360 OPS platform after exportation

I have a hvac model and I have already installed the exporter plug-in, however after the exportation when I search in the Building account in 360 OPS platform nothing appears. How can I solve this problem? I have already made several attempts. 

 

By the way, I am using the 3D view default to do the exportation and an error happens during the process.

Hi @viniciusgmec, I would be glad to help!  A

 

When using the BIM 360 Ops Add-in did you select a specific list of Assets to import?

 

Were Assets selected in 3D view or from a Mechanical Equipment schedule?

 

I recommend using a schedule for importing Assets, Select the Assets in the schedule, Get the Ops code and Then export those selected assets.

Tks for the support. I've solved this by selecting all assets in 3d view.
