We would like a feature that allows for us to replace a user and all their assigned works to a new or existing user within the same organisation, this wold cover the resignation or promotion of individuals.
The administrative process to search and reassign individual items is time consuming and unnecessary. Change is normal and that needs to be part of this platform.
Work share by category is okay, e.g. RFI's to person A, Issues to person B etc.
otherwise a basic handover button is enough, when we try to remove a user. the former user thing does not work well when we are called to account.
