URGENT: Set markups to sheet ID and not sheet NAME

At the moment markups made in a previous file version do not display if the sheets names change between file versions. This is a huge issue, can you please change the process to set the markups to link to sheet ID and not sheet name. It is more than current for sheet names & numbers to evolve, therefore loss in data could happen more often than wanted and this is therefore far from a BIM process.

As an example we have just changed approx. 20 sheets to a new naming convention given to us by the client, result of this change has lead us to the loss of approx. 150-200 markups......

I think a modification is needed to.

I personnaly lost a lot of markup on a similar situation.

Can’t you rename the sheet in BIM360 first? Doesn’t that retain the versions?

I personally think the whole process for retaining markups should be separated from the original draft WIP sheets that are plotted…

I don’t like how you have to flip through / restore versions to find markups…
