When adding new members to an existing project, the members are initially in status pending - until they join the project by following the "Welcome to BIM360 project" link via e-mail.
Within the Project Admin module in tab Service under Issues the permissions for new users can be managed. In this case, it can be problematic when numerous new users are added at the same time (e.g. during pilot project launch) with different permission levels because it is not visible which user is linked to each New Member entry:
Here it would be helpful to see which user (e-mail address) is meant by New Member, as this is already available for folder permissions:
